Whenever I send a control attestation in ServiceNow to an attestation respondent, when they open the attestation, it does not have the Control that was attached to the attestation displayed in the Service Portal. When I check on my end for the response, I can see the entity and the control that it was supposed to reference but the respondent cannot in the Service Portal. I noticed that my Metric Category Name was blank so I filled it in but the control won't populate. What should I do?

Hi @LachelleT
It might help if you include a screenshot of what you expect the user to see that you can see?
I believe the minimum role a user needs to take an attestations is Compliance User - so they should be able to see the Control data as that role grants access to read Controls.
Your screenshot above is the classic attestation. I would strongly recommend you update to using Smart Assessments as they are much richer, with both a more flexible layout for the questions and replies, tabbed sections, the ability to provide guidance in answering each question and a sidebar with attestation information, and finally an automations section where you can take either static data or responses to questions in the attestation to run conditional or always-run automations (basically Subflows). Super-powerful.
I hope this helps!
