Data Source for Gradient Inherent Heat Map

Does anyone know how/where to change the data source for the Gradient Inherent Risk Heatmap? I have inherent risk data in custom fields that I'd like to be able to present on a heat map. Thank you!

You can open the RAM record in ask, then scroll down to "Assessment Types", then open the "Inherent Assessment":

Then under the "Heatmap configuration" you can select the values.
