Deactivate irrelevant quick actions in risk workspace

The Risk Workspace have some pre-defined quick actions OOTB. 

How can the actions that are not relevant be deactivated and removed from the drop-down?

Hi Rana,

I am interested in learning which of these actions are not useful and why? In the meanwhile, if you wish to modify these actions, you can do that using the UI Builder. If you open the Risk Home page in the UI Builder these actions can be modified from there.
