We imported the UCF(Unified Compliance Framework) a couple of years ago. We understand the procedure for UCF integration with ServiceNow has changed. Now we have 2 parallel list of auth documents( one from earlier and one from now) and do not know how to reconcile them. The older list has Authoritative sources and the newer list has authoritative documents. Should not they be the same ? What is link between these 2 if any ?

So, I'm assuming you are on Jakarta or Kingston...? All plugins regarding GRC are prefixed with "GRC: <plugin>". That's what you need to be able to manage your documents, including UCF content and internally authored policies. Some of these may not be relevant for you, but basically:
You should not see any "IT GRC" related plugins.

NSethi,
the Policy & Compliance module now supercedes the old IT GRC module. UCF integrates with Policy & Compliance.
