Editing Service now

Hi Community, 

 query, is there a way to hide/not show when an edit has been made to something in Service Now, so for this example lets say CMDB, so imagine an entry of a new asset is entered, can someone else come in and edit this entry but not have what they done showing in activities tab?

Hi @RavA44 ,

First of all, only the users who has access to a particular table only those users can edit any records on that table.

Secondly, any changes made to the record will be captured in the activity log , also you can use Audit history of the record by right click on the top header of the record.
