Vendor Risk Assessment - Excel export

Hi,

I am trying to export a completed Vendor risk assessment questionnaire as an excel using the out-of-box export functionality. The questionnaire is getting exported with appropriate questions and their responses. However, the columns 'Internal comment', 'External comment' and 'Follow up' are not getting exported with valid values.

As I am using the out-of-box solution as is, just want to confirm if this is a platform issues or something needs to be setup for this to work?

I am using version 16.0.3 for GRC: Vendor Risk Management.

This is a ServiceNow product issue PRB1661311 which will be resolved as part of release 16.0.4

Is this fixed now? I still see issue around this, export doesnt has actual values

it says the issue is fixed Exporting vendor risk responses does not include internal/external comments - Known Error (serviceno... but still occuring
