Hi,
I wanted one help to know that, I want to generate new issues for the controls even if there is already one issue opened in the system for the same control. Now OOTB feature works as if there is already one existing issue in the control and the issue is not closed i.e. is in open state, The new issue for the new attestation failure does not get created unless the the older issue is closed. I want to create issues for every control attestation failure no matter the earlier or older issue is still open or close.
Please guide me through this how I can achieve this!
