Getting error on loading of form "cross-scope access denied" after Tokyo upgrade

Hello Team,

after the tokyo upgrade of our instance every time we are getting different errors while loading of forms.

Ex- 1)Mandatory true not set on field statement: cross-scope access denied" 

2) ReadOnly false not set on field risk_score: cross-scope access denied.

3)Display false not set on field pir_respondents: cross-scope access denied.

what should be the resolution for these can any one assist me with it.
