GRC Automatic Control and Indicator Task Generation Issue

Hello,

In Tokyo, I created an Entity Type and applied an Entity Filter that is successfully generating entities automatically.  The Entity Type is mapped to Control Objectives in order to automatically generate downstream controls for each entity in the Entity Type.  Each Control Objective is also mapped to an Indicator Template.  When I initially performed these mappings, controls and indicators were automatically generated based on the entity type filter.

Since then, new entities have been added based on the Entity Filter; however, the control objectives are not automatically applied to the new entity and need to be manually added.  Is this the designed workflow or is it possible an automated job is not activated in my Tokyo instance of ServiceNow?

Hi, there are no changes introduced there in Tokyo.

I have all my and client instances in Tokyo, and have not encountered this problem.
Can you confirm that the Entity Count for your Entity Type is correctly updating - hence the new Entity is indeed being added to the Entity Type via the Entity Filter?

Yes, a new entity is being created automatically based on the Entity Filter in the Entity Type.

See attached screenshot examples of the entity type, filter, and mapped control objectives that should auto generate controls and indicators (based on indicator template) for each in scope entity.
