setting a date for assessments and reassessments for newly imported vendors

We recently moved to ServiceNow VRM and imported our vendor list from the previous GRC tool and a spread sheet. What didn't come across are the reassessment dates from the past GRC tool.

Now I just want to go into each vendor record and manually set a date for each vendor for assessment. Since these appear as new vendors after being imported and there is no previous assessment record.  As such I can't use the "Risk Rating Valid To" date that is associated with the assessment record.

I just need something that will alert me or appear on a report that the vendor is coming due for an assessment. I want to space out these assessments and reassessments and based them on last assessment date and risk.

What is the simplest way to set such a date?

Hi Roger,

On the vendor record there is field to indicate the next assessment cycle for a particular vendor, you can add a custom field there and set based on the repeated assessment date.

I don't see a next assessment cycle field on the vendor record page.  Keep in mind this is for vendor imported from a past GRC system and to not have any recorded assessments.
