I’m currently building out a playbook for the control lifecycle for a more intuitive interface than using UI actions in the core UI.
I’m reaching out to see if anyone on this forum has any good ideas of useful functionality that could be added to the playbook.
I’m modeling the playbook stages after the control states so Draft, Attest, etc. I already have Draft and Attest nailed down. For Review I just am displaying the list of attestations but I’m wanting to improve upon that. Still trying to nail down Monitor since not a lot happens and the playbook is being embedded on the control record in the compliance workspace and so there is all the related lists but it might still be good to incorporate those in the playbook.
Appreciate any ideas!
