GRC : Guidance on UFC Spoke Plugin and ISO 2022 Controls

Hello everyone,

I need some help regarding the UFC Spoke plugin in ServiceNow. Could someone explain the technical steps required to download the controls and ISO 2022 citations?

• Do I need to create an account somewhere?
• Is this feature free or paid?
• After creating an account, should I open a Service Request or build an automated flow?
• I cannot find any button, module, or data source in ServiceNow that allows me to execute this and download data from the library.

Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

I only can tell you this:

You need an paid UCF subscription,  which comes some 5 digit number in $ per year.
