Hi All,
I am learning GRC/IRM. But while doing labs in below mentioned course am not able to see the Risk Workspace. While doing the fundamentals course, I was able to perform all labs and was able to see the Risk Workspace but in this case am not sure why am not able to see and that's for System Administrator as well. Just following the labs steps. Anything that am missing. Can you please guide me.
I have tried to change roles
Terminate the lab instance and created new one.
Also did Cache.do etc.

Hi @kvarunaHgbs
Validate Plugin:
GRC: Risk Management (com.sn_risk): Required base plugin. Installing the Workspace plugin will generally pull this in automatically.
GRC: Advanced Risk (com.sn_risk_advanced): Optional, but recommended if you want flexible Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM)
Risk Management Workspace plugin (App scope: com.sn_risk_workspace)
Validate Access & Role:
General user role is insufficient to view or interact with the Risk Workspace. You must be assigned specific operational or IT risk roles:
- sn_risk_workspace.operational_risk_manager
- sn_risk_workspace.IT_risk_manager

Thanks @Tanushree Maiti ,
Like you said
Risk Management Workspace plugin (App scope: com.sn_risk_workspace) plugin was missing.
I am trying to install it but installation is failing may be as its a learning lab. But we know the reason now.
I have completed my work by going directly to table entries instead of workspace lets hope it'll work fine.
Thanks for your time.

Hi @kvarunaHgbs
Logically it is not expected behavior in Lab instance. Going forward, if you find any discrepancy in ANY lab instance , raise a case to Now Learning support.
Note:
Just make sure that, as per the course material, you're using the correct instance.
If a feature isn't mentioned in the course material and requires a separate plugin, it's possible that the plugin isn't installed in the lab instance.
