I need suggestion on GRC Metric configuration.
I'm working on GRC Metrics, I have observed that on metric definition, for KRI Class only quantitative category can be selected. Qualitative can be selected only if I select KPI. I have a requirement on metric data task, there should be a field with drop down options and user should select from the options provided. Currently it is only available for KPI.
1. For KRI class is there is possibility to enable both qualitative and quantitative category.
2. There is a field on metric data task called "Threshold Rating" (not available on layout) with values Red, amber, green. Can I make this field visible and editable on the form for user to select.
3. If above 2 points doesn't work, can I create new field on metric data task to capture drop down values and allow users to select.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
