GRC Risk Indicators of type Manual do not execute automatically to produce a indicator task

Hello all,

I am attempting to successfully trigger risk indicators of type manual. Triggering this indicators should in turn create indicator tasks which are also not being automatically generated. I have already activated the 'GRC indicator nightly run' scheduled job. This oddly enough enables indicators of type 'Basic' to execute correctly according to the scheduled job's own execution. Does anyone know why Manual indicators are being left our of this scheduled job execution? I followed the trail of script includes associated to the scheduled job (ex: indicatorengine) and found nothing different from OOTB. I know this is not working correctly because in a separate OOTB instance, manual indicators trigger correctly.

Thank you!!

We saw this in a previous version we used for classes and were able to attribute it to old data.  Try and create a new manual indicator and see if you can force execute and the task should be generated.

Hey Edan, I am looking forward to taking a look at this for you (if someone doesn't get there first!)

If you are sure that nothing has been overridden in the base classes; please can you post a screenshot of your Indicator Templates including the schedule form section?

I have also checked in the OOTB , and Manual indicators are definitely being executed by the scheduled job.

You will need to check that there is nothing being overridden, but also check that the scheduled jobs are firing effectively. It could be that the jobs are getting stuck in the queue etc. Please let me know what you find.
