Has anyone implemented the capability to cancel a vendor tiering assessment? From my knowledge, the only way to effectively cancel a VTA is to manually set the "Active" flag to false.
2nd question - Has anyone implemented the capability to reassign a VTA? Right now, the only way that I can see to reassign a VTA is to create a new assessment, and deactivate the old VTA.
Thanks.

We have implemented the reassign functionality without a custom solution by letting the analyst update the "Assigned To" on the Assessment Instance (This shows under the Assessment Instance tab on the Tiering Assessments). This will let the new Assigned To to complete tiering assessment and the flow works fine. Please note, this will let you complete Tiering Assessments end to end , but the new assessor will not be updated on the Tiering Assessment.
If you want to update the Tiering Assessor too, you might want to create a BR whenever assigned to on assessment instance is changed or Create a new "Reassign" button which will take care of it all.
In our case ,we had very few cases where we needed tiering assessments to be reassigned , hence we are fine with not updating tiering assessor on form. The caveat was already highlighted and approved.

Hi KG2 , Thanks for sharing your experience using the Tiering Assessments. If you can share the Procedure of that in a Documented way it would be helpful.
Thanks

Hi @Shvedha_1997 ,
Kindly update the ACL on Assessment_instance.assigned_to field to be editable for roles you need.
Once that is done, under the tiering assessment "Assessment Instance" tab, you can change the "Assigned to" which can allow you to add any other user who should complete tiering assessment.
Kindly note, this will not update the tiering assessor field on the tiering assessment but will let you complete the flow end to end.
