I would like to have a box or a section to include attachment to allow vendors to add in attachment while answering the questionnaires, how do I do so? Because I noticed that the questionnaires will not have any section to allow vendors to provide attachment. But I saw the field appear in the third-party risk issue and task. I would like to have that feature in my questionnaires as well. How do i do so?
