How do you install the GRC plugins from the Store onto a personal developer system?

Can anyone provide a step-by-step procedure for installing the Madrid plugins from the store. I can find the plugins on the store but evidently I need to log into HI to move forward. But I want to download the plugins to my personal developer's instance, not to my employer's instance (which is where the HI login takes me.)  Thanks.
