How to fix this issue ?

The inherent assessment could not be initiated as the approver is not available. Please contact your administrator to review the risk identification configuration and then try to initiate the assessment again. Although the risk manager is available.

Hi @Nagasai Ram San ,

 You are geeting this error as you have not defined the Approver for "Inherent Assessment" , like below:

You will have to check the chekbox "true" for "

then select the Approver type and Approval group.
 
To do above, you will need to navigate Advanced risk Assessment> Administration> Risk identification configuration> open the required record and do the changes.

Hi @Nagasai Ram San 

 

This message shows if you dont have an approver define in the risk identification configuration.

You need to navigate to Risk Identification configuration(n_risk_advanced_risk_identification_configuration)and check whether you have approver define there for this type of risk.
