How to increase the max length of multi-line free text field in smart assessments

Hi,

We have a Multi Line input text field in a Smart Assessment Template, currently the max limit of it is 1000. Is there a way to increase it? We want it to more than 1000.

1000 is already long enough.

I won't recommend expanding it even if it's feasible.

It won't be a good UI experience and I don't think anyone will type that much long.

Hi @ellendulash ,

I will suggest you to avoid direct modification of OOB field (dictionary level change)

To help users see how many characters remain before they reach the limit, you can enable the glide.ui.textarea.character_counter property.
