Hello
We are using GRC to create sets of attestations. Then the attestation respondent needs to group them into a single grouped assessment. When the Grouped Assessment is created, the questions are in different order than desired. For instance, the Control Objectives start with : L1 Q01, L1 Q02, L1 Q03, ... L1 Q18. When they are grouped, the user selects "Provide different responses for each assessment" and nothing for the Grouping-> Additional Criteria. (any selection of the additional criteria shows an error). We know we can add new grouping criteria, but that only provided a secondary grouping option, and no way to order the control objectives/ risk statements.
When the user opens My Grouped Attestations, the order changes every time I regroup them. Is there a way to enforce a particular order to those questions? Thanks

Opened a case with Support. The creation date / time of the Assessment Instance is what is used to sort in the Assessment Group. Unfortunately since many of the files are created at the same time, the system puts them in random order. I have requested an enhancement to address the sorting order.

Since the idea portal moved, the link broke. Here is the link again, which is currently "in consideration".
