How to Update Risk Assessment Methodology Without Losing Completed Assessments?

Hi All,

We plan to update one of our Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM) by adding/removing factors and adding/removing choices. To make these changes, we need to move the RAM to the “Draft” state, which requires cancelling all linked assessments. However, we would like to retain all completed and historical assessments and are only willing to cancel active ones.

How to achieve this?
