Hi everyone,
I wanted to know how VTA scoring works in VRM/TPRM. The OOTB questionnaire metric type 'Basic' has different questions and choices. Based upon the user selection the score gets calculated. I wanted to know if there is any script, BR for formula's, does it take average or percent or sum of min/max/default value?
For example, I have scored 12 in VTA and scaled accordingly. I need to know how it is calculated at 12.? and can anyone explain in VRM term's or if same with TPRM as well.
