Impacted Controls

We recently implemented our Vulnerability Response module within SN. Currently, with our policy exceptions we can go through the normal approval process without entering impacted controls, but since implementing the VR module, when we receive a policy exception via the VR module it comes through with a source application and source record as planned, but when I get to the approval I receive the attached error "Select impacted controls before requesting review/approval." We have controls set up (I believe correctly) within the IRM module, so my question is, how do I get Controls to populate in the Impacted controls tab?

Hi @T_O_1 ,

Impacted Controls would only populate only you have "Control Objective" as your Source Type which is Type of policy exception that you want to create.Default is a single control objective on which the policy exception is created.

When you select a control objective, theImpacted controls tab appears, where you can select controls associated to the control objective.

After javing control objective, you can see the impacted controls for each entity which was part of Entity typre attached to the control objective.
