In Risk Table, How does the state moves from Access to Respond?

I created a Risk and completed the Assessment but the Risk is not changing the state and all the fields were grayed out.

Hello @akhilapoodi ,
The risk state only changes when the performed assessment RAM is also the primary RAM for the risk.
If the RAM is different then the states won't change.
