Hi
Is it possible to set a 'target date' for an indicator template (manual), that is different from the due date populated by the defined schedule?
For example, we have a compliance assessment campaign that is based on manual indicators - each with an annual schedule. If we launch this campaign on 1 July 2022, the 'due date' that users will see will be 1 July 2023. We want to given them 2 months, and so would like them to see 1 Sep 2022 as the 'target date', even though the next schedule date is 1 July 2023.
Hope someone can help - or say if this feature is not available.
Thank you
Peter

Hello,
In case of manual Indicator template you can update the field "next run date" to any value for one record.
If you want to automate then you need to create a new field "target run date" which will have value set to automatically 2 months after "first run date" field.
Also you need to update this scheduled job "GRC indicator nightly run" accordingly.

Thank you Mahak. What you say makes sense.
However, my question was more about if we can somehow provide a 'target date' for a manual indicator task that is separate from the 'due date'. We want to keep the 'due date', as that is when the next indicator task would be generated, but give the respondent a date by when they should complete their activity.
For example, say there is an annual assessment required for a control objective. We trigger this assessment on 1 May every year. However, we want the assessment to be completed by 31 July. We do not want the assessment triggered again on 31 July, but we want to report any assessments not yet done as being late, and chase them for completion.
Hope that helps clarify.

Hello,
In this case I think you should follow below process:
1. Create a field "target date" on Indicator table:
2. In the schedule tab of indicator there is a "" First run date field " ,Using that field set the value of "2 months after" in the Target date field.
3.Create a new field in Indicator task field as "Target date" and get the value of that field from the specified indicator using in that task.
Let me know if this helps or you have any queries.
