Hello!
Is there a way to adjust the risk scoring so the scoring reflects what the heatmap colors are? Red on a heatmap is usually a very high risk, but the heatmap puts a risk that has a high inherent or residual risk in the red zone just because it has high impact and is extremely likely. So the score is high but the heatmap would indicate that it is very high due it being in the red.

you can try changin coloer in the Risk Assessment Methodology
Advanced Risk Assessment --> Administration --> Risk Assessment Methodology -->
Open the RAM that you are using, under the related list "Assessment Types", open the "Residual Assessment", under the related list "Qualitative Rating Criteria", you can change the color

Hi @rajeeshraj ,
Risk Assessment Methodology comes into play if you have "Advanced Risk" not for usual Risk management.

Hi @Jordon Pierce ,
There is a module called Risk Criteria in the Admin section of the Risk App. That is where the records that drive the risk criteria matrix are stored. The baseline comes with a 5x5 matrix. You have a set of records for Impact, a set for Likelihood and then a set for score. You enter both the qualitative and quantitative values in the matrix. The quantitative values are needed to drive the ALE calculations. Even if you don't have good detailed quantitative info, hopefully you can enter values at more general level.
