Hello All,

I am looking to install regulatory change management campaign. I do not know if it is a separate plugin. I have policy&compliance, risk, advanced risk, regulatory change already installed in my PDI and it doesn't give me regulatory change campaign module in my left navigator.

Please help tx

Hi @NishONish

You can demo the impact assessment components.
You cannot yet demo the change campaign functionality — likely because it hasn’t been configured or enabled in your PDI.

PDI (Pre-Production Development Instance) often does not come with all premium or add-on modules pre-installed or you can't install certain plugin.

Change Campaign is typically part of an advanced or premium module within Regulatory Change Management.

Thanks,
Vignesh

Hi @NishONish

Regulatory Change Management is a licensed application within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) suite in ServiceNow and is not officially available in Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) due to licensing restrictions.

While some GRC-related plugins—such as Policy and Compliance, Risk, Advanced Risk, and even Regulatory Change—may appear installable in a PDI, they do not provide full access to all features.

Vignesh

Hi @vignesh parthib ,

Tx for your response.

I can demo regulatory change impact assessment (alerts view, alerts assignments, alert impact assessments etc) in my PDI and not campaign. Does this mean that full features you mentioned include change campaign?, which is not available in PDI as of now tx

* PDI = personal developer instance
