ITSM IMPLEMENTATION LAB

Hello,

 

Please find below my 2 questions concerning a lab in ITSM IMPLEMENTATION:

 

1- The widget " Add to cart" is not available while requesting an Item in the Employee center. I tried the configuration on service portal > portals but its not working.

 

2- Its asked to impersonnate  a user but I can't find him in " Select a user".  I checked the user list and he is not available. Is it the only reason please?
