Make risk response task mandatory on the Risk Workspace

How can we make risk response task mandatory so that the end user cannot proceed or submit the form without creating a risk response task.

I am attaching the screenshot of the screen, but the risk response is not mandatory.

Risk response task is always optional, there is no way to make it mandatory. But a Risk response is always mandatory. Hope this answers your question.

You need to push back against this requirement and/or ensure your team understand the difference between a risk response and a risk response task.

Risk responses are mandatory because they define the organization’s strategic action to address a risk, a critical requirement for proper risk management and compliance.

On the other hand, risk response tasks are optional because not all responses require detailed operational-level tracking or actions, allowing flexibility and efficiency in managing risks.
