Mandatory field not visible in Workspace

Hello! The control category field here is visible and is mandatory
but when I create controls in our Compliance Workspace, this field is not visible anymore. Where could I possibly check the configs?

@Momiji Could you please check if the field your are referring to is added in the workspace view?

are you sure that field is present in the workspace view which is getting rendered?
Form views for native and workspace are different
Also check if in that workspace view any client script or UI policy is making it non-mandatory and then hiding it
