Manual Metric Definition - KRIs

Hello All,

I have a requirement related to Manual Metric Definition.

Need to create a manual metric definition with type KRI. Here I have multiple threshold to define in AND/OR condition.

I have tried calculated metric, advanced metric but didn't find any option to define thresholds in AND/OR condition.

If anyone has come across similar requirement and have any idea on how this can be achieved, kindly help.

Hi Nikita

We had a similar issue with multi-conditional thresholds. After trying different options, unfortunately we had to make them qualitative by using a 0 - Green, 1 - Amber, 2 - Red threshold and detailing that into the instructions for the data collector to select the corresponding value in the Metric Data Task.

Not ideal but works for us.
