No risk assessments available message in service portal

Hi All - 

 

I have a PDI on Tokyo instance and when I go to Service portal - My GRC --> My risk assessments, there are no records visible although I have risk assessments under assess state.

I am using advanced risk and below screenshot:

Hi @MK6 ,

You need to check whom these assessments has been assigned to.

can you share some screenshots of the risk assessment record please.

Hi @MK6 ,

 Make sure the risk assessor has the assessment assigned and in the backend its shown under " Risk> Risk Register>My Assessments".

Hi MK6,

 

The risk assessment tasks shown here in the screenshot are only risk assessments that are initiated from classic risk assessments and not advanced risk assessments. Advanced risk assessments can be accessed from the employee center using the following navigation patterns:

 

1. Navigate to Employee Center: <instance_url>/esc

2. Go to GRC tasks under the active items on the right hand side

3. Go to New / In-progress tasks which opens the GRC task Inbox

4. Click on the folder for "Risk Assessments"

Note: 

1. Classic risk assessments will show old risk assessment task on this page while Risk Assessments will show tasks from advanced risk assessments

2. You need to install the new UI i.e. GRC: Risk Management Workspace for this new experience
