O365 onedrive intergration using integration hub spoke with Policy text Redlining feature

Hi All,

Connection is established between O365 and SNOW but I'm unable to upload document using connect existing document present in Policy text related tab in workspace .

Please let me know if what steps I'm missing to achieve the sync bet SNOW and O365.

I would start here, look at the GRC properties to validate the path is correct and the credential you used for your alias has access to the path. Then validate you have access to the path. You might need to open the path using your credentials the first time before it will open in ServiceNow. Then check the System Logs for any errors?

Folder path can be /personal/abhi/document/GRC is this correct this i have taken from folder present in Onedrive

I have some doubts

1. Every individual has their own onedrive and folder than how can we update the folder path in properties. Is the path should be common to all.

2. Does it work if the SNOW logged in user is different from the credentials used for connecting the O365 drive.

3. If the folder is private than that can be the issue to access.

The folder path should be something like /z/GRC -- GRC can be shared across the company this is where the ID you are using for the Credential is beneficial, set it up as a Service Account, make sure it has OneDrive Access. Then share the OneDrive access to the email addresses in your network.

When you share OneDrive access to a user it send an email to them they need to open it first to establish the connection(or at least that's how it worked for me and my counter part). Once he opened the OneDrive path, he was then able to use the UI action to enable in word. After that he was able to use the UI Action to open in Word.

Again, this is where you need to work with your Security team for a service account with access to a OneDrive share that can be shared across the company.

Hi All,

Folder path is not visible in GRC properties and on click connect existing no window is appearing. 

Let me know what step to be taken or anything any configuration is missing.
