Only data visualization component available in Ui Builder

Hi, 

I'm configuring risk workspace overview tab variant which is created on risk default record pre details: https://instancename.service-now.com/now/builder/ui/pc/6cce1b7131eb1110f877707813070e22/

I try to add components in ui builder to a container which is empty.

 

But only data visualization component is available. Why only one component available? Refreshing page doesn't fix, neither cache.do

Soul life of this Ui builder sometimes amazes me... 😅

Hi @Miikka_M ,

I believe you are using a Custom Workspace not the OOTB !! As in OOTB you can see all the components for Risk Workspace.

What you can do is, make sure you are in the right scope.

Seems like you have a "Risk Homepage" open in UI builder instead of "Risk record pre details" as I have. In homepage it's possible to add other components in custom workspace also. But in "risk record pre details" not.

Writing the solution here very late. But this was cache related issue. Client dev instance and especially UiB was very laggy that day.
