Policy KB article is not getting changed after policy is published for the second time

Hi All,
When I create a policy, take it through its lifecycle, and publish it, the kb article is published and no issues are reported.
When I edit the policy and take the policy to its lifecycle once again making small changes to policy text, publish it, the version number of kb article is updated but the policy text does not change.
I have customised an article template for a client.
Any suggestions will be appretiated.

OOTB Once you Edit the policy text and you go through the lifecycle of this policy via Review and Approval and finally publish, the policy text will be reflected with the changes.
See below, i have change the policy text twice and i can see those reflecting:
Also, when i made the changes, will be reflecting under policy history:
So, the issue is with your custom Template. please refer and compare your custom template with the OOTB "Example Article Template" .

Just validated, same behaviour is noted when Example Article template is used throughout the policy lifecycle in first and further iterations.
