Privacy - Smart assessments

In the documentation of ServiceNow, it seems as if you can eithe ruse the legacy or smart assessments for privacy. Our team has tested multiple configurations but so far it seems like people are only to update state to assigned (when it is in draft state, accepting the work. moving the state to in progress), but not actually fill in the questions. I looked at the documentation and I almost suspect that ServiceNow knows that this does not work. I have tried both the V3 and V4 assessments.

I have checked and the rights and user groups are correct, however, the questions nor the smart assessment is displayed.

@fav1 you have to access the PIA via the GRC task workspace as thats where business user are intended to access it from. I have flagged this with the product team and documentation to make this clear and to surface the assessment button on this view.
