Problem With Issue Management KPI

Hello Everyone, 

I need help for creating Issue Management KPI's.  I do not have any Idea about How to Create KPI's For Issue Progress. I have a on example scenario Can anyone help me out.

 

Metric 8.01 - Issue Progress
Status: Ready for development


Key Attributes:
Name: Issue Progress
Tab 8 - Issue Management KP/s
Group: Issue Status Tracking
Description: The number of Issues in each stage of the issue management process.
Type: Bar chart


Colour Palette: Standard DB colour scheme + overdue in red
Independent Axis: Reporting Control Design Function
Dependent Axis: Number of Issues


Series :
Overdue >= 30 Days: Actual Start Date IS NOT NULL AND Planned End Date + 30 days
<= Today
Overdue < 30 Days: Actual Start Date IS NOT NULL AND Planned End Date < Today <
Planned End Date + 30 days
Not Started As Planned: Actual Start Date IS NULL
Time Basis: Snapshot
Drill -Down: Clicking into each bar displays the Issues in each case.

Filter out any Issue in State "Closed Complete" or "Closed Incomplete".
Filter to Planned Start Date < = Today.
