Read-only flag on Assessment Metric

I have set the "Read-only" flag on a number of assessment metrics but it has no effect when the assessor is completing the assessment - they can still change the answer.

Is it meant to set the answer as read-only to the assessor or am I misunderstanding?

Hi @Graham Youngs ,

If you are talking about the responses given by the assesor, those would be Read-only by default it's a OOTB behavior.

See below as an example, here the control is in the "Review " stage , you can view the responses in the related list :

Now, the response would be read- only:

I have a requirement where I need to make a particular field on the survey form as Read only. Is there any way to do that?
