Residual risk score not displaying on risk workspace overview tab

In the risk workspace, any idea why the residual risk score would not be displayed on the risk record overview tab? We have a risk assessment completed along with a calculated residual risk score, however it is not populating on the risk record overview tab.

There could be various reasons for the score not being displayed. It could range from configuration issues relating to risk and RAM, assessments not being in the proper state (monitor, close), etc.
Please check if the residual scores are displayed in the classic UI for the risk record and if the data is shown for the indicator (Residual Assessment Score), review if the assessments are in the proper state.
If enrything is fine above, then please review if there are any customizations on the Risk Overview page under GRC: workspace experience using UI builder.

Please provide more details with screenshots if the issue is not resolved.
