Risk Assessment Approvals Missing

Hello, I have a problem with Risk Assessment Methodology not generating Approval Workflow.
This issue only happens to certain users.
The problem is that as soon as I click on "Request Approval" UI action, the RASM record moves from Respond to Monitor without assigning an approval.

Found the problem guys, 
It was an issue with Language.
Line 319 in ApprovalUtil script include.

Hope no more Language issues will come up.
