Risk Assessment-Description Field

In the asmt_metric table, the Description field is available which should show up as a tooltip in the assessment based on the "?" icon's information. 

In the preview of the published assessment, the Description or tooltip doesn't display.

Is there a property that needs to be made active for the tooltip to show?

I think description is not tooltip field, there must be field similar to help text which displays the info. Please recheck
