Risk calculated scoring not working

Hi,

In my production environment of GRC the Residual score, Inherent score, and the Calculated score are not working.  What needs to be moved over or turned on for these fields to work.  It is working in my development environment and I don't recall how I got it to work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rob,

Since you use qualitative scoring, you may also want to check that you have your "Risk Criteria" defined in production.
Normally there should be some default values, but I found that those records may not be moved thru update sets.

You'll find them under "Risk > Administration > Risk Criteria".

So the scripts are synced now and the risk criteria is also matching.  What are we missing to enable this feature.  Would it be a bad idea to turn off qualitative scoring and just populate it based on the NiST 800-37 framework?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
