I am looking for more detail document should cover line by line Example : Risk Management cover 20 item, VS Advanced Risk management cover 40 item.

In what basis customer has to select?

Speak to your ServiceNow account executive, they will share something like this which gives very clear information on your capability entitlement for Std, Pro and Enterprise. as per my understanding, except risk events, ORX integration and scripted factors all the features are available with IRM PRO (Advance Risk)
