Risk statements, Risk, Entities - Overview tab is showing Risk not assessed so far

Hi Team,

In ServiceNow Advanced Risk, In the Risk Workspace I have Risk Statement, Risk, and Entity forms. I have risks that have already completed risk assessment and moved to the Monitor state. When a risk assessment is completed and the risk moves to Monitor state, the Overview tab on the Risk, Risk Statement, and Entity forms should display updated risk scores based on the risk assessment. However, even for risks that have transitioned to the Monitor state, the Overview tab is still showing "Risk not assessed so far" and is not reflecting the updated risk scores.

Could someone help me understand what the issue might be and how to resolve it? Screenshots are attached for reference.

Hi @SUSMITHA KRISHN ,

Can you check this conditions are satisfying or not 

1.  sn_risk_advanced.migrate_to_advanced_risk System Property Value is true

2. At least One of Risk Assessment in Monitor State

Thank you for your reply @NagaChandaE . Yes the conditions are satisfied. Risk is in monitor state, Risk assessment also in monitor state and Risk assessment methodology is Published
