Setting up qualitative scoring

Hi Guys,

I am new to the SN app. I have created a very simple Risk App within the App Engine Studio and I would like to set up qualitative assessments for Inherent and Residual risks scores.  Is there an 'assessment type' object that i need to pull in?  Do I need to create Impact and Likelihood 'Choice' fields and perform calculations based on those values? Can someone point me in the right direction please.

Thanks Sandeep. I did have a look at those before posting my question. Within my application I cannot see any way to access 'Assessment Types'
