SIG Questionnaire Upload FOR the vendor

Can we upload a SIG for the vendor/contact?  We are pointed to a number of trust sites and have relationships with very large corporations where we have to retrieve the documents from the site and attach.  They simply will not use ServiceNow.  Along that vein, can we do an import of a SIG on behalf of the vendor?

I don't believe so -- some vendors will not use the vendor portal (i.e. Microsoft, Saleforce, etc) therefore we get their documents and SIG from their trust sites.  We have to manually load the documents for the vendors.  So, can we upload a SIG on their behalf.  Is there a way to do this without going through the vendor portal?

To upload a file to any record is a basic feature in ServiceNow and therefore I'm not sure whether I understand your question. Why do you think you are not able to upload a SIG?

My techs are saying that we can only upload and have the sig risk rated via incognito role in the vendor portal.  I can attach anything of course but to be able to load the SIG as if the vendor did it through the vendor portal.  I'm not sure how else to explain our need to be able to do this.  If it can be done by us (the company sending out the risk assessment request to the vendor) on behalf of the vendor (who would be submitting the docs and sig)?  How?
