Smart Assessment: Remove the modal

The below popup comes in when i click on Submit button on Combined Smart Assessment. If i want to remove the popup or update the message in the modal or update the highlighted color to a different one, how can i do this?

I don't think you can control that Pop-up as it's not available to be edited.
