Smart assessments - Migrate legacy metric types to template and how to do scoring based on question

1)How do we migrate the data existing in metric types of legacy to template ?

2) Can some one help me how to do scoring like in new smart assessment, in legacy assessment instance, there is assessment metric results gets caluclated, that would help in create scoring for cmdb business application.

But in smart assessment i dont see similar to metric results. How do we take responses and reporting ?
