We have a requirement of producing a new summarized view of Policy exception for Leadership.
Business Problem
Currently, when leadership is assigned as approvers and granted with business user/business user lite, the OOB workspace view/native UI are complicated as all the data are shown interconnected like related list. For every record they have to click and go to the respective record and get to know more details about it. (For an example, impacted controls, associated risks, control objective, impacted assets and etc). The leadership find difficult in navigating these screens just to provide a single approval. They need a summarized view or a document that contains everything in simple manner.
How can i make
1) such simplified screen showcasing the existing records of policy exceptions with all the fields from the table. The approval button should be enabled if the approver visited.
2) a word document exported as part of the process and showcase all the data in the word file
